Grandma’s Famous Egg Salad 😋 Looking forward to family brunch, bagels and my Grandma’s Egg Salad was a way of life growing up. It’s the dish that made me fall in love with Sunday Brunch at a young age. Now it’s my go-to when I’ve got eggs on hand, need a quick meal on hand or just want a change! I hope you enjoy it as much as I do. Recipes below 🤗🤍✨ Grandma’s Famous Egg Salad 💛 Ingredients ✔️6 Eggs (the “older” the eggs, the better) ✔️1 Tablespoon Mayo (vegan or regular) ✔️1-2 Teaspoons Dijon Mustard ✔️1 Tablespoon Fresh Dill, Minced ✔️2 Teaspoons Chives, Minced ✔️Salt & Pepper TT (to taste) Directions 1. Place eggs in a pot and add enough water to just cover the eggs. 2. Bring the pot to a boil over high heat. 3. Once the water is boiling, cover and turn off the heat but keep the pot on the hot burner. 4. Let the pot sit for 10 minutes and then transfer eggs to an ice bath. 5. Once the eggs have cooled, peel and place in a medium sized bowl. 6. Using a fork mash the eggs up until you’ve reached your desired texture. Add the rest of the ingredients to the bowl, mix, taste test a bit and ENJOY!! *My grandma tends to go heavy on the dijon, dill and black pepper!
