In all honesty I haven’t always been a breakfast person and I’m not usually a smoothie person, but sometimes it’s the perfect solution. When I don’t know what to eat in the morning or just need to have something quick, a smoothie is the perfect option. This smoothie has become my absolute go-to. I hope you enjoy it as much as I do!! 🤗🤍✨ Greenie 💚 Ingredients ✔️1 Banana 🍌 ✔️1/2 C Pineapple 🍍 or Mango 🥭 ✔️1 C Almond Milk 🥛 (or any liquid of choice...coconut milk, coconut water, water, etc.) ✔️1 C Spinach 🌱 ✔️2 T Flax Seeds & Hemp Hearts (protein! I haven’t found a protein powder that I love so I’ve been using seeds instead) ✔️Squeeze of lemon juice🍋 (you won’t taste the lemon at all, the lemon juice makes it easier for your body to absorb the iron in the spinach) Directions 1. Combine all the ingredients in a blender and blend until your desired consistency is reached. 2. Pour into a glass and ENJOY!! **If you use frozen fruit you do not need to add ice! Once the smoothie is blended you can add ice as desired
